I feel so much better
I feel so much better when I exercise. Clint and I have done some kind of exercise every day this week but one and I feel great.
My focus has been on cardio. I’m lifting too but I’m really working on increasing my endurance. I want to get to the point where I can run, I’ve got a long way to go but I’m making progress.

4 pounds
I weighed this morning……..and I’ve lost 4 pounds!!!!!!!! Talk about a boost in motivation, it’s amazing what a loss can do for you. That’s just what I needed to keep me going strong.

So far so good...
Eating has been right on since I’ve been home. I’m tracking my food in FitDay and if anything calories have been a little low. I’ll probably cycle calories a little this weekend, I don’t plan on having a free day per say but I’m sure my eating won’t be as tight as it is during the week.
The hardest time of day for me is when I get home from work. I crave chips and soda so bad at that time of day; I think that goes back to growing up and having that for an afternoon snack after school.
I’ve gone cold turkey on soda; I’ve given them up completely. I was only drinking one occasionally two a day and usually that was a diet soda so I don’t expect to see any huge weight drop from giving them up but every little bit helps.

Day 3
No formal exercise at the gym yesterday but man did I get a workout. I was up and down three flights of stairs a 100 times yesterday and on my feet walking all day, the only time I sat was in the car and on the plane, I was wiped out by the time I got home last night.

Mississippi

I just got back from Mississippi, man was that a busy trip! Eating wasn’t great but not near as bad as it could have been so no damage done, I’m still on track.

Day 2
We did 20 minutes of cardio and a light upper body workout this morning.
I leave for Mississippi this morning and won’t get a chance to hit the gym tomorrow so tonight I have a body weight workout planned that I’ll be able to do in my hotel room.
Tomorrow will be a crazy long day but I’ll be home late tomorrow night and we can go to they gym again Wednesday.

I need to lose more than 10 pounds.....
I need to lose more than 10 pounds but I thought I would start with a goal that I can build on!
My goal is to lose 10 pounds by September 12, 2007.
I know I can do this I just have to put my mind to it. I’m traveling a lot for work and that does make it more difficult but I know what I need to do to accomplish this!
