So far so good...
Eating has been right on since I’ve been home. I’m tracking my food in FitDay and if anything calories have been a little low. I’ll probably cycle calories a little this weekend, I don’t plan on having a free day per say but I’m sure my eating won’t be as tight as it is during the week.
The hardest time of day for me is when I get home from work. I crave chips and soda so bad at that time of day; I think that goes back to growing up and having that for an afternoon snack after school.
I’ve gone cold turkey on soda; I’ve given them up completely. I was only drinking one occasionally two a day and usually that was a diet soda so I don’t expect to see any huge weight drop from giving them up but every little bit helps.
