I feel so much better
I feel so much better when I exercise. Clint and I have done some kind of exercise every day this week but one and I feel great.
My focus has been on cardio. I’m lifting too but I’m really working on increasing my endurance. I want to get to the point where I can run, I’ve got a long way to go but I’m making progress.
