Make your own marinades

Put down that commercial marinade. We all love a tasty piece of meat, and the right marinade can certainly do the trick. Marinating infuses flavor deep into foods, but commercial marinades typically have a high sodium content. Make your own marinades with wine, vinegar, fruit juices, herbs and spices and a small amount of oil.
