Make fitness a family affair.


Make fitness a family affair. Create a fitness contest with family members. Start with simple activities like how many push-ups and sit-ups everyone can do in 10 minutes.

Then move on to other activities, like who can walk around the block the quickest. Be creative, and before you know it, your entire family will improve their fitness.
