Keep moving! Sedentary jobs do little to whittle the waistline.
If you're sitting in front of a computer or on the phone most of the day, take every opportunity to burn more calories.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator, use your break to walk around, do isotonic exercises while sitting at your desk, and be sure to fit time in your day for aerobic activity.
