According to a recent study, a diet rich in fruit and vegetables may help prevent age-related mental decline.


Fruit and vegetables contain antioxidants, which are nutrients that prevent damage from harmful molecules called free radicals. Free radicals are believed to play a leading role in certain diseases and age-related changes.
