Yoga improves performance.

Yoga is great way to relax but it also can help you improve your ability to carry out activities of daily living.

The regular practice of yoga will enhance agility, balance and coordination as well as core strength and total body flexibility.

Coaches have caught on and yoga is now implemented with athletes of all levels.
