Yesterday's upper body workout

Yesterday was super busy and I didn’t have time to post my workout so here it is:

Machine Bench Press

Machine Shoulder Press

X8 – 30 – I couldn’t finish these my left shoulder started killing me so I stopped. I jacked up my shoulder months ago by throwing a 3lbs ball over handed, very dumb!
Wide grip Lat Pulldown

Elevated Cable Row

Dip Machinethese were too light will need to bump up

Machine Preacher Curls

Concentration Curls

I’ve lost a lot of strength in my upper body but lucky for me I gain muscle fast. By the end of this workout my arms felt like jello and getting ready for work was a challenge, I had to prop my arms up to do my hair!

Today is cardio, I'll do that on the trail around the soccer fields while Sarah has soccer practice.
