Jello Legs

I did basically the same workout as Tuesday’s, here it is;

5 minute warm up on the Treadmill
Seated Leg Press – these weights were too light but since I’ve been so sore I decided to keep them the same.
X12 – 55lbs.
X10 – 70lbs.
X8 – 85lbs.
X6 – 100lbs.
X12 – 85lbs.
Leg Extensions
X12 – 85lbs.
Hip Adductor
X12 – 55
X10 – 60
X8 – 65
X6 – 70
X12 – 65
Hip Abductor
X12 – 55
X10 – 70
X8 – 85
X6 – 100
X12 – 85
Seated Leg Curl
X12 – 55
X10 – 70
X8 – 85
X6 – 100
X12 – 85
Lying Leg Curl
I did these on the floor with a 10lbs. dumbbell – thanks Anna Z
Seated Calf Raise - these weights were too light but since I’ve been so sore I decided to keep them the same.
X12 – 20
X10 – 35
X8 – 45
X6 – 55
X12 – 45
Standing Calf Raise
X12 – Used body weight for this one.

After, I did 50 leg lifts and 50 crunches then stretching boy was it fun walking to the car on jello legs!
