It feels good!

I had planned to go to the gym last night but wound up falling asleep instead. So I went this morning and did the workout I had planned for yesterday and will do my cardio tonight on the trail around the soccer fields while Sarah is at soccer.

Here is the workout I did this morning:
5 minute warm up on the Treadmill
Seated Leg Pressthese weights were too light; I’ll have to bump them up Friday
X12 – 55lbs.
X10 – 70lbs.
X8 – 85lbs.
X6 – 100lbs.
X12 – 85lbs.
Leg Extensions
X12 – 85lbs.
Hip Adductor
X12 – 55
X10 – 70
X8 – I did 4@85lbs and 4@75lbs.
X6 – 80
X12 – 70
Hip Abductor
X12 – 55
X10 – 70
X8 – 85
X6 – 100
X12 – 85
Seated Leg Curl
X12 – 55
X10 – 70
X8 – 85
X6 – 100
X12 – 85
Lying Leg Curl
I need another exercise here because the gym I go to now doesn’t have this machine.
Seated Calf Raise - these weights were too light; I’ll have to bump them up Friday
X12 – 20
X10 – 35
X8 – 45
X6 – 55
X12 – 45
Standing Calf Raise
X12 – Used body weight for this one.

After, I did 50 leg lifts and 50 crunches, I then did some stretching because at that point there was no way I could get up off the mat!
