Increase your fiber intake

It's a good idea to increase your fiber intake because high-fiber diets decrease your risk of heart disease.

When you increase your fiber intake, increase your water intake as well. Consuming more fiber may cause you to feel constipated and/or bloated. Fiber absorbs water in your large intestine, so you need to drink more.
