Don't skip breakfast!
Trying to lose weight? Don't skip breakfast!
Studies show that people who skip breakfast tend to overeat later on in the day.
Your metabolism may slow down if you go too long without food. If you skip breakfast, that could mean going up to 14 hours without food (from last night's dinner to today's lunch).
So, break the fast. Start the day with a kick-start!
