Having trouble falling asleep?

Having trouble falling asleep? Try to exercise at least 3 hours before going to bed.

Exercising more than 3-6 hours before sleeping has been shown to have a positive effect on falling asleep and staying asleep. Exertion just before sleeping will just boost alertness.
