Swim

If possible, begin a swim program where you walk, jog or kick your legs using a kickboard in the pool. Start out small and make small increases.

This is for your health and you should begin to take small steps towards improving your functionality and quality of life.

Exercise can do that for you in as little as 20 minutes a day, most days a week.
