Reward yourself!


Small changes add up -- and a reinforced habit is more likely to stick!


So, go for a non-food reward to celebrate your success. Perhaps a new book, a good movie, a trip to the beach, new clothes or a manicure.


Give yourself a special treat each time you reach a small goal. It will give you even more incentive to stay motivated.
