Muscle weighs more than fat.
If you've added weight training to your exercise regimen, remember that muscle weighs more than fat.
If you are weighing yourself and the weight on the scale remains the same, that doesn't mean you aren't accomplishing anything. You may be losing inches and gaining muscle mass.
Overall, you will be decreasing your total body fat and replacing it with lean muscle!
