Exercise alone is a slow road to weight loss.
Exercise alone is a slow road to weight loss. If you begin exercising, but don’t make adjustments to your nutrition, you will improve your health and fitness. However, the weight will come off very slowly.
Exercise needs to be combined with a complimentary diet to create a negative caloric deficit. All individuals will not lose the same amount of weight on the same exercise program.
Exercise alone cannot guarantee your ideal weight, but regular physical activity is one of the most important factors for successful long-term weight management.
