All carbohydrates are not created equal!


Simple carbohydrates like juice, processed cereals and other products made with white flour have had valuable nutrition removed.


Complex carbohydrates, however, are "whole" foods; they are your body's primary energy source!


Enjoy whole grains, whole grain breads and cereals, whole pieces of fruits and vegetables.
