Your weight is just a number on the scale.
Since muscle is denser tissue than fat, you may weigh more than the average person. But you also may be fitter and healthier than someone who's the same height, but weighs less. Your healthy weight is the weight at which you feel good, have plenty of energy, and don't have any obesity-related illnesses including hypertension, type 2 diabetes and arthritis.
