Take an inventory of where you are with your level of fitness. Assess your situation regarding the amount of time you exercise and take the time to write some new resolutions. Don't wait until next January to make the same mistakes. Categorize your new goals and be realistic. Develop an action plan and put your plan into action. By the time next January rolls around you'll be on the right track.
