Lunch time at work!

If you tend to go out to eat or order in, you may be getting extra calories daily. Your lunch may have more fat and calories than any other meal of the day. Pack your lunch so you know exactly how much you are eating and fit it into your plan. If you go out or order in, choose salads or sandwiches. Choose wisely.
I can't tell what a great idea this is, there is a group of us at work that take our lunch every day and it's made a huge difference, not to mention the money we have saved!
