Are you getting enough fiber?

Muscle fiber, that is.

If you only use heavy weights in your workout, you're not utilizing the whole length of the muscle. Make sure you vary your workouts over time to include moderate weights to ensure you develop the whole muscle and improve flexibility, range of motion, speed, and agility.
