MC13 is off to a good start.
I’ve taken before pictures (yuk) and measurements and I have my meals planned for the week.
Speaking of meals, I’ve been a member of eDiets for two years now and have been signed up for the Eating for Life plan the whole time. I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m bored with their menus, they have a lot of recipes but after two years I’ve tried them all and tend to eat the same ones over and over. So…..I’ve changed to the eDiets Weight Loss Plan, it’s a little different, it only has four meals instead of six but I’ve only been eating four anyway. It’s a lot of new recipes that I’m excited to try, it’ll be interesting to see how it goes, protein look a little low so I may have to tweak it a little.
Today is upper body workout, I didn’t make it to the gym this morning but I’m planning on going tonight. I’ve got my workout all planned and written in my journal; wish me luck on working out at night!
