It's been forever
Man it’s been forever since I posted….
Things at work have been nuts, I’ve been traveling a lot and that makes it very hard to stay on plan. Yes I know, some are able to do it and continue to see a loss while they travel but damn if I can. I managed to gain back all that I’d lost and then some getting to my heaviest weight ever. I felt like crap, ate like crap and looked like crap. All I wanted to do was sleep, I just had no energy.
But, I am happy to say that I have had 4 weeks of steady weight loss and my eating (at least during the week) has been right on track. I’m still having trouble eating on plan on the weekends; I don’t have the structured schedule that I have during the week and that plays havoc with my eating.
Exercise hasn’t been happening very often lately, not sure why but I just haven’t been able to motivate myself to get my but out of bed and head to the gym in the mornings. I need to stop making excuses and just do it.
I’m a member of the GetFit_With_Body_for_Life yahoo group. It’s a women’s only group and we have a bunch of great girls, everyone is really supportive. We have a member that just completed her first 12 week challenge and posted a link to her before and after pictures and her essay, all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! Throughout her 12 week Body for Life Challenge she did not miss one workout and her eating was strictly “by-the-book”. Check out her site and be inspired.
